My plan for the Skye, Lochaber and Badenoch Constituency
I start by listening. From Carrbridge to Carbost, Dingwall to Duror, people have told me their priorities. As a community campaigner, my focus is clear: turning those local priorities into action and results for our area.

NHS Care
Fighting for local hospitals, faster access, and fair funding—so Highland patients get care close to home.

Strong Schools
Backing pupils, parents and teachers with proper investment, better buildings, and support to improve attainment.

Living Costs
Cutting energy bills, easing household pressures, and making sure Highlands families get a fair deal.

Highland Infrastructure
Fixing roads, ferries and transport links—ending neglect and investing properly in our rural communities.

A Highland campaigner who listens, challenges power, and delivers for communities across the Highlands
Living and working in the constituency for twenty years, Andrew is a long-standing local councillor, father of two, former subpostmaster and community campaigner, known for asking awkward questions, standing up for Highland communities, and getting results.

What motivates me is giving our communities a strong voice—campaigning for local residents and pushing back against decisions imposed from Inverness or Edinburgh that ignore Highland realities.
